At Royalty Nails, I believe it’s more than just a service—it’s about building genuine, one-on-one relationships with each of my clients. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Royalty Nails LLC Policies Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your final total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Late Policy Please arrive on time to your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed using your original deposit. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Any appointments made after will require a new deposit. No-shows are not accepted. Clients who fail to show for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). This balance must be paid before booking any future appointments. Failure to pay may result in being unable to book future services. Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings. Payments I accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as tap-to-pay for your convenience. A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all card and tap transactions. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Guests To maintain a calm and luxury experience, no extra guests are allowed unless approved in advance. Children are not permitted unless they are scheduled for a kids manicure or pedicure appointment. Health & Safety Please do not book if you have any nail infections, fungus, or open wounds. If you arrive with a condition that prevents safe service, your appointment will be canceled. Fixes & Repairs If you experience lifting or breakage, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. Repairs within this timeframe may be completed at no cost (excluding damage caused by neglect or improper care). Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above.
